Dedicated to the energy transition and diversification, Anand is an engineer specializing in electric vehicle (EV) charging and smart grid technologies. As a project manager, he draws on his strategic planning skills, attention to detail, effective communication, and team leadership skills to successfully deliver projects.
In managing project timelines and resource allocation, Anand strives for seamless collaboration among team members and stakeholders. He was involved in managing the distribution switchgear program for BC Hydro, overseeing a multi-million-dollar initiative that encompassed replacements, end-of-life transitions, and customer projects related to switchgear deployment.
Anand is a proud member of IEEE Power and Energy Society (IEEE PES), for power and electrical engineers. He served on the IEEE PES governing board in 2023 as a member at large representing students and young professionals.
When he’s not focusing on managing projects, Anand enjoys hiking through scenic trails, engaging in spirited badminton matches, and strategizing over the chessboard.
