With a master’s in environmental management, Caitlin has more than 10 years of experience in managing and preparing all levels of environmental documentation for transmission, renewable energy, and infrastructure projects. She has extensive knowledge of both California Environmental Quality Act and National Environmental Policy Act regulations and standards.
Caitlin helps lead our offshore wind projects in the US West. She also serves as the planning resource group leader for our Northern California region, overseeing more than 50 planning services staff across the region’s offices.
As an experienced project manager, Caitlin understands the types of challenges that may be encountered during the course of a project—and is adept at developing efficient solutions or mitigation strategies to overcome them. She coordinates with agencies, technical specialists, and project engineers to efficiently navigate environmental clearance processes.
