Paul has more than 15 years of experience helping advance underground mining projects across North America and internationally. He began his career working in both surface and underground mining operations, gaining firsthand operational experience before moving into consulting.
In his role as the regional sector lead for our Energy and Resources group, Paul leads regional growth, client development, and our pursuit strategy for underground mining, while remaining closely involved in the delivery of exchange‑compliant preliminary economic assessments, pre-feasibility studies, and feasibility studies. He is known for building high‑performing engineering teams and for helping clients make technically and economically defensible decisions that balance safety, sustainability expectations, and capital efficiency. He believes strong outcomes come from clear communication, realistic planning, and teams that take pride in their work.
Outside the office, Paul enjoys spending time with his wife and kids, exploring Arizona, and chasing his next adventure.
