From rail to roads, Adrian brings almost three decades’ experience to create high performing project teams. He works across a variety of disciplines—technical, financial, community, safety, and environment—and with all levels, from the front line in the field to the executive in their office. His strong values around accountability, empathy, and fairness inform his leadership with teams that work toward common goals with a clear understanding of their roles and expectations.
Adrian has detailed knowledge of the New South Wales road authorities’ specifications and procedures that are critical to the successful development and delivery of major infrastructure projects. In his project management role, he has developed and implemented numerous road and bridge infrastructure projects. A highlight for Adrian was the Gerringong upgrade project on the Princes Highway south of Wollongong that required duplication of approximately 10 kilometres (6.2 miles) of rural highway and creating a 320 metre-long (0.2 miles) incrementally launched concrete box girder bridge over the south coast rail line.
In his spare time, Adrian loves to play Oztag and touch football. On weekends you can find him catching waves on his surfboard or riding his mountain bike around Wollongong’s northern suburbs.
