Al specializes in the execution of complex, large-scale highway and interchange improvement projects. He understands highway design affects more than the roadway space–it affects clients, communities, and travelers alike. For each of his projects that he oversees, Al collaborates with the client and the surrounding community to make sure that the design best serves their needs.
This collaborative approach proved effective on the Garden State Parkway Interchange 91 project, which Al served as Project Manager for Conceptual Design. He gained the approval of Ocean County, the New Jersey Turnpike Authority, and the town of Brick. He work also includes, the New Jersey Department of Transportation and the towns of Little Falls, Woodland Park, and Clifton to relieve traffic congestion through roadway design at the Route 46 and Route 3, and Route 46 and Valley Road interchanges.
