Geneviève has 15 years of experience in buildings engineering at Stantec including managing projects and teams, and designing and specifying mechanical systems for commercial, institutional, healthcare, and mixed-use facilities.
As an engineering leader, Geneviève supports the delivery of design and construction excellence through the consistent implementation of proven program and project management processes. Her experience also includes building systems condition assessment for large portfolios, construction support, specifications, troubleshooting, project inspections, HVAC design, and cost estimates.
Throughout her career, she has gained thorough knowledge and understanding of all aspects of program and project management. Her leadership and interpersonal skills, combined with her business, planning, design, and construction expertise, make her an asset to all projects with a collaborative and multidisciplinary approach.
Geneviève’s role as a buildings engineering sector leader in Stantec’s Quebec region is to focus on commercial and private sector development, as well as on client satisfaction and project excellence, while managing a talented group of individuals across several specializations. Key aspects of her role include fully understanding client expectations, effectively communicating with the client as well as with team members, preparing and executing project plans, and ensuring that projects are technically complete and subjected to quality assurance review.
Active in the business world, Geneviève is involved in the Montreal chapter of the Commercial Real Estate for Women(CREW) network, whose mission is to promote and support women’s success in the commercial real estate field.
