Ryan leads the Company's strategic priorities for project delivery excellence across our global operations. This includes embedding our culture of health and safety and our global delivery strategy across all projects so we can exceed our customer satisfaction, financial performance, and efficiency goals. In his role, Ryan is directly responsible for our Health, Safety, Security & Environment (HSSE) team, Project Delivery Office (PDO), Project Risk team, and our global delivery centers.
With over two decades at Stantec, Ryan has served as executive vice president of the Water business operating unit, project and delivery manager for large-scale multi-business/multi-national projects, and account manager for strategic clients. His contributions in alternative project delivery, risk management, and strategic growth bring a depth of hands-on experience to his current role.
Ryan is a professional engineer, with a bachelors in mechanical engineering from the University of Alberta, and he’s a registered project management professional and graduate of Harvard School of Business general management program. Ryan is an avid volunteer with numerous industry committees and association boards, most recently joining ACEC’s forum steering committee. Outside his professional life, Ryan enjoys quality time with his family, hiking, cycling, running, camping, and traveling.
