A licensed architect, Matt has extensive experience leading the design, delivery, and management of renovation, new construction, and adaptive re-use building projects. He manages projects from early design through the construction phase, and he has decades of experience on numerous and varied project types—from education, residential, and healthcare to office and mixed-use buildings.
Matt especially enjoys redevelopment and adaptive re-use projects where he can repurpose an existing structure into a new more sustainable and cost-effective space for the community. He has been part of several adaptation projects in the downtown Boston area, including transforming a 100-year-old warehouse into a vibrant residential building at 319 A Street.
Matt is a proud husband and father of four. When he isn’t running projects or designing exciting new spaces, Matt can be seen coaching his kids on the town soccer fields or cheering them on at the local ice hockey arenas and lacrosse fields.
