Roxanne brings innovative solutions to water utilities in the areas of digital transformation, data management, digital tools, operational automation, strategic asset management, organizational performance, financial planning, capital project funding, economic and fiscal impact analysis, and enterprise technology implementation.
She’s an electrical engineer who has worked in the water industry her entire career, in roles from control system integrator and electrical, controls, and instrumentation designer to project manager, operations manager, account manager, and technology leader. Roxanne uses her corporate, project, and design engineering experience to lead multidisciplinary teams in the planning, design, construction, and management of water and wastewater projects.
Drawing on her strong knowledge of the water industry, Roxanne works with all stakeholders to deliver successful projects. Her dual background in construction and consulting allows her to lead projects comprehensively, while bringing together teams, resources, and innovation to create the best solutions.
When she isn’t leading our Water team’s technology advances in Western Canada, Roxanne is probably spending time with family and friends, traveling, and cheering for the Edmonton Oilers hockey team.
