Along with 23 years of highway engineering experience, Jim brings to his work a superb balance of technical know-how with management and collaborative skills, earning him the reputation as someone who gets things done. This expertise has made him perfectly suited to manage large design/build and P3 jobs, with all the intricacies of multiple stakeholders, innovative design, and intricate coordination.
For State Highway 288, one of Texas’ largest toll lane projects, Jim’s talents have been invaluable. While collaborating with our experts across the country, he has worked closely with the contractor to quickly resolve any issues, a daunting task given the challenge of building toll lanes in the median of an existing highway with many complex exit and access ramps. His love of this job is no surprise, as it incorporates his commitment to public safety and his passion for building things.
When Jim is not at work, you can find him fly fishing everywhere from local streams in Upstate New York to the Snake River in Wyoming.
