As lead landscape architect in our Pacific Northwest region, Scott leads, coordinates, and supports the development of landscape design and restoration for municipal water and transportation projects. In addition to design work, he provides construction management and observation services to confirm client investments are met.
Scott’s focus is to develop workable design solutions that incorporate a creative and appealing design aesthetic. He develops environmentally appropriate landscape design solutions which integrate green stormwater infrastructure technologies for community and environmental benefits while also meeting local government standards. Scott also mentors young professionals in the implementation process, allowing them to take on increasing responsibilities.
Outside of work, Scott is a husband, father, and active in the community. His weeknight evenings are often spent involved in local Cub Scouts, community outreach programs with the Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks (BPOE), or leading and playing saxophone in a 12-piece blues/soul/funk band at venues in Seattle.
