Growing up, Rodrigo always enjoyed looking at all types of constructions and trying to understand how they were supported—he loved building all kinds of things with different materials. This led him to his career in civil engineering where he’s spent over two decades in the evaluation, development, and commercial management of infrastructure engineering projects.
One of the great drivers of Rodrigo’s career has been continuous learning. Deeply empathetic, he puts himself in the shoes of his others to help him better understand their needs. Rodrigo is primarily responsible for identifying business development opportunities, applying best practice project execution methods, developing commercial strategies, risk management, and business management. Rodrigo is proud to work with a team with the knowledge and experience to strengthen our business and reputation—he believes constant contact with internal and external clients is essential for success.
Rodrigo’s family is his biggest passion—they motivate him to strive to do better every day. He’s also a passionate soccer fan and a runner.
