Magda leverages her more than 20 years of experience as a certified project manager to support our international development clients. She helps with the challenges they face in the fields of renewable energy, rural electrification, policy and regulation in the energy sector. In this space, she’s led the successful implementation of over 40 projects all over Europe, Africa, Asia and Latin America.
Magda has developed strong ties across the company, having been on team Stantec for more than half of her career, and uses these connections to tap into our global network of experts. Currently, she’s acting as project coordinator for the Technical Assistance Facility (TAF) for the Sustainable Energy for All initiative in West and Central Africa. Magda is also the lead for the Eastern and Southern Africa Technical Assistance Facility for SE4ALL, a large-scale project that involves more than 19,000 man-days of experts and 220 missions throughout Africa.
In addition to her university degree in Business and Financial Management, Magda is fluent in English, French and Romanian and has a good working knowledge of Spanish.
