Seth is a structural engineer with almost 10 years of experience primarily focused on alternative project delivery for our Transportation practice. His alternative delivery experience includes work on several projects and pursuits such as the State Highway 288 Toll Lanes P3 project in Houston, Texas, and the Chicago Transit Authority Red and Purple Modernization design-build project.
Based out of our Raleigh, North Carolina, office, Seth supports our larger, more complex North Carolina Department of Transportation projects. He also has experience in construction administration and construction support services.
In his free time, Seth enjoys spending time with family, working on house improvement projects, and traveling.
