Firmly believing that active listening builds teams and delivers project results efficiently, Michelle is an environmental engineer who works as a project technical lead and process mechanical engineer on water and wastewater treatment projects. As a project technical lead, she leads multidisciplinary design teams in project planning, design, and engineering services during construction. As a process mechanical engineer, she’s involved in optimizing, retrofitting, and expanding existing water treatment processes.
Michelle develops capital improvement plans to help meet future regulations and water demands. During design, she develops process mechanical designs and sets the new hydraulic grade through plants. And during the construction phase, she coordinates engineering during construction services, reviews equipment submittals, and assists with startup of new facilities.
With a passion for being active, Michelle likes to go skiing, hiking, camping, and cycling in the great outdoors. She also enjoys learning new things and has recently added figure skating lessons to her list of accomplishments.
