Roger’s passion towards a project is reflected in the commitment he provides in the coordination and supervising of the construction of Regina’s newest communities. Through his years of experience, Roger has learned the importance of granting each person on a project, whether it be client, contractor, or team member, the respect they deserve.
One of Roger’s recent projects involved a decade of dedication during the construction of the Harbour Landing subdivision. Some challenges with this project were its location—close proximity to Regina International Airport—and eight existing pipelines on site. That meant frequent coordination between multiple representatives from the Airport Authority, SaskEnergy, TransGas, and Trans Canada Pipelines. Roger negotiated these issues by building positive relationships which helped the project succeed seamlessly.
In Roger’s spare time he’s kept busy with farming, growing, processing, and preserving food. He can also be found spending quality time with his family and riding his Buell Lightning motorcycle.
