Breagh specializes in the design, construction, and commissioning of regional water and wastewater systems. Also, in her time at Stantec, Breagh has been a key member of the project team that successfully delivered the award-winning, $140 million South Red Deer Regional Wastewater System—the longest regional system of its kind in Canada.
Recently, Breagh was responsible for the design, tendering, contract administration, day to day coordination, construction inspection, stakeholder coordination, and commissioning of the West Interlake District Regional Water Services Commission project. The commissioning of this $15 million system will bring safe and potable drinking water to growing communities in rural Alberta. The next step? Adding another 80 kilometres of pipe to the system to serve approximately 5,000 more people.
Her goal is to continue working on linear infrastructure and regional systems and move into a more project management role, while staying active in the field. When she’s off work, you might find Breagh playing golf, doing hot yoga, or playing pickleball.
