Michelle has nearly three decades of experience as an architect and design technology leader. She advocates for the use of building information modeling (BIM) and emerging technologies through a practical, people-first approach rooted in education, collaboration, and consistent project setup. Often known as “the one to call” during challenges, she brings a calm, solutions-focused mindset that keep projects moving forward.
As a technology implementation manager, Michelle leads the rollout of new technologies using thoughtful change management and clear communication, focusing on adoption, smooth transitions, and a positive user experience. She supports multidisciplinary coordination, contributes to standards development, and shares guidance that enables teams to work more efficiently and consistently.
Selected for the AIA Emerging Leaders Program in 2012, Michelle later served as co-chair a nonprofit playground for CityWalk@ Akard in downtown Dallas. She has also mentored interns through the Cristo Rey Dallas College Prep Corporate Work Study Program.
Away from work, Michelle enjoys running, yoga, travel, puzzles and board games, and spending time with her children.
