Brian is the senior vice president of our Global Program Management and Construction Management group. With more than 37 years of experience in the infrastructure industry, he focuses on successful delivery in program and project management, construction management, and engineering design. Brian has worked on projects for a wide range of public and private clients in transit, transportation, facilities, aviation, private development, and water/wastewater supply.
Brian’s hands-on design and construction knowledge and strong organizational abilities allow him to manage complex infrastructure projects and oversee large teams. Among his signature projects are the Honolulu Authority for Rapid Transportation East Section Construction Engineering and Inspection project in Hawaii and the Metro Crenshaw/LAX Corridor Extension in California.
In his personal life, Brian has been a certified Taekwondo instructor for more than 24 years—he’s a third-degree black belt. And it runs in the family. His wife and daughters are all black belts, which makes for a lot of fun when they get together and compete, and he’s transferring those skills to his four grandchildren. Brian is also a huge hockey fan—Go Vegas Golden Knights!
