With over 37 years of experience in civil and environmental engineering, Thomas has implemented and managed a variety of water and wastewater design and construction projects.
Throughout his career, Thomas has gained experience in facility planning of water supply and wastewater systems, design of water and wastewater conveyance systems, and advanced wastewater treatment (AWT) facilities. He’s also worked with large pump stations, potable water deep well supplies and treatment facilities, and construction administration. To top it off, Thomas has experience in advanced mathematical modeling of the activated sludge process using advanced dynamic simulators including BioWin; SIMBA#; SUMO. Thomas’ publication research focuses on the Mathematical Modeling of Carbon Removal in the A-Stage Activated Sludge System.
In his spare time, Thomas enjoys spending time with his children and grandchildren. With a passion for the outdoors, he enjoys visiting national parks throughout the United States.
