With close to a decade of water industry experience, Andy manages our relationship with Southern Water. As the framework manager of the account and team leader, he serves the client, advises best practices, and provides the right people and tools to facilitate project success.
Andy’s also part of our leadership team for the Southeast UK. Welcoming the challenge of the fast-paced, ever-changing landscape of his dynamic role, he’s keen to apply his business acumen skills. He supports the operations director with running the Brighton Office and helps foster a welcoming and supportive culture. No two days are the same and he loves seeing the team grow and develop.
When he isn’t working in his operational leadership role, Andy loves being outdoors in the hills—in the elements, come rain or shine, whenever he can. He also likes cycling, both road and mountain biking, but now his young family is his biggest priority.
