As a chartered town planning director, with over 30 years of planning consultancy experience, Paul acts for a range of private and public sector clients. He has wide-ranging expertise in major mixed-use, commercial, and regeneration proposals, as well as heritage and environmental issues and policy formulation. Additionally, he has extensive experience in public inquiries, hearings, and local plan examinations.
Recent projects include securing planning permission for a new cricket facility on behalf of Lancashire Cricket and a new integrated retirement community for Audley Group both within the Green Belt, the repurposing of the former John Lewis building in Birmingham for Hammerson, and numerous employments-led redevelopment proposals for XLB Property.
Outside of work Paul enjoys spending time with his family, exploring new places, and watching the less-than-mighty Tottemham Hotspur Football Club, also known as the Spurs.
