With a passion for making better, more resilient places, Gemma has collaborated across disciplines with a wide variety of private and public sector clients. She has experience with project management, flood risk design, and drainage design.
Recently, Gemma has collaborated on industry-leading nutrient neutrality and wetlands schemes, enabling the development of new homes while improving biodiversity and delivering low-carbon solutions. As the nutrient neutrality challenge is relatively new, she’s excited to be part of a team at the forefront of this rapidly developing subject. She goes above and beyond a no-detriment approach, striving for innovation and improvement above the expected.
When she isn’t developing nature-based solutions, Gemma tends to her allotment and explores nearby landscapes with her Rhodesian Ridgeback, Rhodie.
