Becky, a structural engineer, was born and raised in Northeast Ohio. With strong ties to the Cleveland area and the local environment, she enjoys knowing her structural designs of water storage, retaining, or plant improvements help to keep Lake Erie clean, now and into the future.
Touching on work across the country, Becky enjoys the challenges of her job—working with old infrastructure, challenging soils, and next to large bodies of water make for interesting projects. Between Cleveland, Boston, and Chicago she is part of teams building challenging water-related infrastructure within highly urban areas. The design loads for the structural design as well as the construction sequencing and considerations are what Becky finds challenging and what keeps her interested in her work.
When she is not tackling structural engineering challenges, Becky is busy reading books and staying active with her family. She is highly involved with organizations that provide sports opportunities for people with disabilities.
