In today’s interconnected globe, a key characteristic of successful projects and programs–regardless of the engineering or architectural discipline–is proactive communication and engagement with stakeholders. For more than 25 years, Craig has specialized in approaches that connect stakeholders to social, technical, and political challenges.
Craig’s recent work focuses on integrated water resource programs, including establishing new groundwater sustainability agencies in California’s Central Valley. He’s facilitated numerous cooperating agency workshops and presented at public hearings, and he’s also implemented communication activities to protect and preserve the Sacramento-San Joaquin River Delta–the largest estuary in the western United States.
An avid outdoor adventurist, Craig and his family have completed numerous off-shore passages between British Columbia and Baja California, aboard the family’s sailboat, Concordia. When he’s not sailing, Craig can be found cycling, building furniture in his workshop, or making wine at home with his wife of 25 years, Diane.
