As a principal, Roxana is passionate about serving the clients and communities in British Columbia. She’s committed to achieving operational excellence for various disciplines including bridges, transit, rail, highways, community development, transportation planning, and ports and marine terminals.
Roxana is a project manager with over 11 years of leadership experience directing cross-functional teams in the delivery of major transportation infrastructure projects from inception to handover. She is passionate about empowering her team to grow into their full potential while maintaining strong relationships with the clients and stakeholders in BC. Roxana’s ability in making timely and strategic decisions that have the best interest of the people in mind complements her passion for making a positive contribution to the community.
Roxana spends her free time exploring and appreciating the beautiful nature and communities in BC through hiking, biking, running, golfing, skiing, and snowboarding. She’s also a classically trained pianist.
