With more than three decades of experience in civil engineering design, Steve has assumed full responsibility for a wide range of project management tasks and transportation engineering studies and designs throughout Pennsylvania. His passion? Delivering improvements for the public and project stakeholders.
He’s project managed the reconstruction of limited access interchanges as well as smaller traffic-related work orders. On the traffic engineering side, Steve’s experience includes traffic needs studies, point-of-access justification studies, signal system operations and design, and roadway, pavement, parking lot, and roundabout design. Steve regularly works with the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) on several PennDOTs contracts—including serving as the project manager for the State Road 356 Corridor Improvements project in Butler County, where Steve has provided preliminary and final roadway engineering services to help improve the flow of traffic.
When he isn’t conducting traffic studies or designing your transportation infrastructure, you’ll probably find Steve enjoying the outdoors.
