Rayven has experience with both the design and project management of residential land development. In her position, she focuses on leading teams through overall subdivision design, including site grading, road design, deep utility design, and stormwater management. She also coordinates landscaping, erosion and sediment control, and shallows utilities.
Driven by a passion for creating connected communities through land development, Rayven is known for her ability to drive projects forward. While developing close, trusting relationships with clients, she’s contributed to the preliminary review, completed the detailed design, and provided project management services for various developments within the Calgary area, including Belmont, Sirocco, Pine Creek, and Alpine Park.
In her personal life, Rayven recently made the transition from downtown Calgary to rural farm living. She’s enjoying the peace and quiet, the beauty of star-filled skies, and the slower pace of country life. While adjusting to life alongside animals has come with a few learning curves, she’s fully embracing the change and all the unexpected moments that come with it.
