Taking a youthful fascination for buildings, creative problem solving, and having a real-world impact, Ryann became an architectural engineer. Today, in her leadership role, she’s passionate about meeting clients’ needs. She believes in listening first to understand the client’s goals for their project, and then applying creative, practical solutions to bring those goals to life. Over her career, she’s learned that often the simplest approach is the right one.
Working closely with multidisciplinary teams, Ryann helps solve design challenges and deliver tailored solutions that meet technical and regulatory standards as well as the client’s objectives. From concept phase through construction, she thrives on collaborating to create something meaningful. She draws on her organizational skills and deadline-driven approach to build strong teams.
Ryann believes in balancing professional dedication with a fulfilling personal life. Away from her work, she enjoys staying physically active and exploring all the vibrant experiences that New York City has to offer, especially with her son.
