As a senior project engineer, Michelle works on a variety of water resource and site civil projects. From watershed and floodplain studies to dam breach analyses, her models help the project team understand the impact water has on impoundment closure designs, landfill designs, and site civil designs.
Michelle enjoys the day-to-day interactions of working with a team, whether that’s helping someone navigate through a modeling issue, reviewing calculations and deliverables, or brainstorming how to solve problems. She also enjoys the challenge of developing models that drive project decision-making. Michelle works with a variety of commercial hydrologic and hydraulic models and uses AutoCAD Civil 3D for site grading and geographic information systems (GIS) to aid in engineering analysis.
Away from work, Michelle loves being outdoors—running, hiking, paddle boarding, and kayaking.
