Charlie ensures the quality of roadway projects in New Jersey. He uses his experience with NJDOT and NJTA design criteria, gained during his tenure at the New Jersey Highway Authority, to make sure each project complies with all applicable design criteria, as well as the needs of the client and the travelling public.
On P3 roadway concessions and lender relations, Charlie contributes his expertise with capital and operational expenditure projections and functions. He’s also passionate about the development of autonomous and connected vehicles, serving as a board member for the Intelligent Transportation Society of New Jersey (ITSNJ).
Active in shaping the industry, Charlie gets involved whenever and wherever he can. He serves on the Wall High School of Engineering Academy board, encouraging high school students to consider enrolling in college or university engineering programs, and he regularly attends board meetings for New Jersey governmental clients—also attending conferences and organizations meetings that intersect with the consultant industry.
