A licensed mechanical engineer, Kevin is responsible for the engineering, design, and drafting of building systems including HVAC, plumbing, and processes. He also has experience with several technical analysis applications, ranging from hazardous drug engineering controls to custom heat transfer to fume extraction flowrate calculations. He’s been involved in a wide variety of project types, providing services from the initial proposal through construction administration.
Kevin focuses on bringing our sustainability expertise deeper into the industrial and science and technology sectors of building design. Working with research and laboratory facilities, he's helped design efficient building systems for clean rooms and other lab spaces, meeting the stringent CDC guidelines for this dynamic industry. He also has experience with energy modeling for building energy performance credits and payback analysis, striving to create energy efficiencies and making sustainability a priority in all of his projects.
When he isn’t helping improve the efficiency of building systems, Kevin enjoys biking, traveling, and home design and construction.
