As a business center practice leader, Dave brings a wealth of engineering and procurement knowledge. He started on the path to engineering at the grass roots level, working as a general laborer on railroad, roadway, and bridge projects. After completing his Civil Engineering degree, he moved from Glasgow, Scotland to Chicago. After discovering his passion for design and public involvement, he spent many years working on transformative Phase I projects in northeast Illinois.
From the early days of championing 3D modeling and design to leading major infrastructure projects across the United States, Dave has had the good fortune to contribute to the public and private sector as an advisor, implementer, and leader of delivery methods from conventional design-bid-build to public-private partnership infrastructure agreements. He uses his depth of knowledge to support clients’ and business partners’ success. Committed to making meaningful professional relationships, he believes that collaboration is the best path to success for everyone engaged.
In his free time, Dave enjoys taking road trips and spending time with his family.
