Sean is a senior project manager with 15 years of experience managing permitting services for major renewable energy and traditional power projects in New York. He serves as the Buffalo-based Environmental Services office leader, overseeing project execution and staff management.
With experience managing multi-discipline teams, Sean coordinates multiple tasks to assure project milestones, application filing dates, and other required permitting timeframes are met. He oversees the preparation of major environmental permit applications including New York State applications before the Public Service Commission, US Army Corps of Engineers, and New York State Department of Environmental Conservation. Sean serves as the project manager for New York State permitting of the South Fork Wind project, one he’s found rewarding as the team was able to obtain approval of the project from the NYS Public Service Commission—the first for offshore wind.
Outside of work, Sean is a big fan of the waterfront—sunsets, dining on the water, and the views. On weekends, he most enjoys family time and golf.
