As a planning associate director in our Cambridge office, Richard is a Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI) qualified town planning practitioner with a demonstrated history in delivering commercial development projects with a specific focus on the pre-construction stage of programs. He leads the daily management of complex instructions for our private sector clients, particularly in the workplace sector. His wider project experience includes offices, laboratories, logistics, cultural heritage, strategic regeneration, higher education, student residential, and new settlements—with a track record across Greater Cambridge, the Oxford-Cambridge Arc, Manchester, Leeds, London, and wider South East England.
Richard leads our Science, Innovation and Technology internal working group. He has a particular passion for the collaborative problem-solving required when successfully delivering science, innovation, and technology buildings. Currently, he’s advising several innovation developer and investor clients in this field.
Outside of work, Richard spends time with his young son, enjoys road cycling, and is an American football enthusiast.
