Tom brings thoughtfulness, poise, and a breadth of technical expertise to every design project and client relationship. As a principal, he takes a lead role in practice areas, complex project assignments and business development initiatives.
Over the years, Tom has honed his expertise in design and project management for military infrastructure and themed entertainment projects. He has extensive experience with Disney, beginning his career as an employee with Walt Disney Engineering Florida and Walt Disney World Engineering. After joining Stantec, he was responsible for overseeing the large-scale redevelopment of Disney Springs, a mixed-use project that includes over 250,000 square foot of retail, restaurants and entertainment. Tom’s continued focus involves the technical marriage of various themed and historical design features to modern building specifications and energy codes.
When he’s not overseeing the day-to-day at the Orlando office, Tom enjoys making music with one of his many guitars. He’s an avid hiker and has trekked the entire Appalachian trail, and has also sailed most of Florida.
