Chris is an experienced leader working across operations, management, and change leadership. His current focus is working with Watercare Services Limited to establish and develop a strategy and planning partnership for a 10-year $9 billion water and wastewater program for the people of Tāmaki Makaurau Auckland. As a strategy and planning partner representative, he works with six partner organizations to develop the enterprise model framework including establishing systems, processes, governance, and connecting Watercare to global best practice in water and wastewater infrastructure delivery.
Chris’ technical experience includes engineering and project management of water, wastewater, and stormwater systems. He’s worked on disaster recovery projects, including the Stronger Christchurch Infrastructure Rebuild Team after the 2010 Christchurch earthquake, while his project and program management experience includes local government, international development, insurance, buildings, and defense.
Chris has a green thumb for veggie gardening and loves snowboarding and surfing.
