Leading our Transportation team in the Midwest, Theresa is a senior project manager and transportation engineer. She oversees design projects for various municipal and Department of Transportation clients and serves as the environmental lead on transportation projects.
Theresa has strong relationships with local, state, and federal agency staff and knows what to expect through the project development process—giving her the advantage of getting ahead of issues and avoiding potential project pitfalls. She takes a well-rounded approach to project management and excels in leading multi-disciplinary teams to successfully deliver complex projects.
Passionate about championing women in engineering, Theresa regularly volunteers in local STEM events and founded a women’s resource group in her office.
