As a project manager in water resources and with more than 20 years of experience, Erica has gained significant recognition in the field of water supply engineering. Versatility is one of Erica's greatest assets as her many responsibilities include the evaluation of water systems, permitting, design, and construction phase-services for drinking water infrastructure throughout New England.
Erica has been very involved in the New England Water Works Association (NEWWA) for a large portion of her career. She’s a strong advocate and a motivating force in the teaching and mentoring of young growing professionals. With her ambition and eagerness to teach, Erica became one of the key founders of the NEWWA mentoring program. Collectively, the program has mentored over 40 growing professionals for the organization, and Erica is currently serving on the NEWWA board of directors as President.
When she’s not working, Erica spends quality time with her friends and family as well as continues her interests in golf, reading, and traveling.
