When Frank immigrated to Canada in 2001, he already had 10 years of experience building bridge and transportation infrastructure, including steel bridges, post-tensioned cast-in-place multi-span interchanges, and cable stay with double decked bridges in China.
Settling in Barrhaven in Ottawa’s south, Frank now designs transportation corridors and bridges that support his local community and beyond. From the transit-way extension between Fallowfield and Barrhaven Town Center, to three brand new bridges in Ottawa South, Frank is proud to work on projects that help connect communities. His innovative solutions to complex problems stem from his deep love of what he does, and his desire to inspire his community through infrastructure that complements the surrounding neighborhoods.
When he’s not building bridges over the many waterways in the region, Frank can be found on one of Ontario’s many lakes fishing with friends or enjoying amenities offered by the Barrhaven community with his family.
