An active, hands-on aggregate and gold mining engineer, Herb has a unique background with the technical, operational, and maintenance processes of mines. By applying first principals, his greatest satisfaction comes when working on large, complex projects and bringing clarity and organization to the design process. He's also passionate about delivering long-term value to clients by encouraging ingenuity when exploring design alternatives.
When not working with his clients, Herb spends time outdoors with his daughter exploring new places, enjoying some of their favorite spots, and building new memories together.
