Valerie brings over 15 years of extensive experience in various fields including process engineering, plant operations, process safety, and project management. Her diverse background primarily encompasses the food and beverage, agricultural, and oil and gas industries.
Throughout her career, Valerie has successfully managed and executed significant capital projects focusing on oilseed processing initiatives, grain handling and storage systems, and wet corn milling operations. Additionally, she’s played a key role in designing and revalidating pressure relief systems, predominantly within the petroleum midstream and downstream sectors.
In addition to managing projects, Valerie is the practice leader for the industrial buildings business center. With an enthusiasm for problem solving and a natural sense of intellectual curiosity, she listens intently to client needs and offers realistic solutions to meet their desired outcomes leveraging the expertise of her quality-focused team.
