Based in our Virginia Beach office, Jeff oversees major federal and commercial programs and projects across the Atlantic region and North America. A licensed civil engineer from Penn State and an alumni of the Stanford University Construction Management Master’s Program, he’s passionate about solving the most complex facility and infrastructure problems and delivering successful mega-projects to our clients.
Prior to joining us, Jeff served over 27 years in the Navy’s Civil Engineer Corps, including service as Vice Commander of Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command Atlantic managing the delivery of over US$2 billion a year in best-value facilities engineering, contracting, and construction throughout the United States and Europe. He also worked in Washington, D.C. as Congressional Legislative Liaison for the Navy shore infrastructure portfolio working on military construction, base realignment and closure (BRAC), operational force homeporting, real estate, and shore energy conservation programs.
When he’s not working, Jeff enjoys biking, surfing, skiing, outdoor activities, and youth sports with his wife and three sons.
