With over two decades of process engineering experience, Geno focuses on using applied research to study and evaluate emerging and innovative water technologies and facilitate their integration into our design projects worldwide. His technical experience includes laboratory conceptual bench testing, planning and operating pilot plant demonstration and optimization studies, full-scale facility startups, and design review.
Currently, Geno is part of our Stantec Institute leadership team. Responsible for project management, contract administration, financial planning, and team mentoring, he brings his passion for team building and mentoring to every project he works on. He has led, planned, coordinated, operated, advised, and troubleshot several hundred hands-on bench and pilot-scale studies covering water, wastewater, and industrial water treatment.
When he’s not working with the newest technologies, Geno is usually perfecting his barbecue pitmaster recipes for friends and family or searching for the latest mountain bike trails to shred on weekends.
