A lot goes on behind the scenes of any project and Emily is guiding much of the process in our Chicago office. A project management and commercial leader in our Water Management US group, she supports financial management across the entire lifecycle of a project. She makes sure all processes and procedures for project management, procurement, data management, audits, and safety are followed consistently.
With a background that includes teaching special needs and English language learners, she brings a holistic view to her role. She works closely with project managers, principals, and directors to monitor and provide oversight and advice. Far from looking over people’s shoulders, she is a creative solution-finder on the project team and takes pride in being a resource to the group. Emily sees her responsibilities extending beyond the contract and into the communities where projects occur. She believes her clients include the citizens in these communities, so she acts with community in mind.
Outside of work, she is botany enthusiast with a growing collection of plants and a chinchilla named “Killa,” who also likes plants. She especially enjoys time with her family and her nephews.
