With extensive experience leading diverse, multidisciplinary teams, Rajesh fosters collaboration and a sense of belonging to achieve common goals. He led the transition toward best practice asset management and operations for Qatar’s Public Works Authority (Ashghal), supporting the 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar. He also provided leadership and business advisory services to Urban Utilities as part of their Integrated Engineering Services Program, responsible for the health of the partnership while maintaining contractual delivery.
When he’s not helping organizations navigate change, Rajesh enjoys capturing nature through his camera lens and gardening with his kids to foster in them an early appreciation for the environment.
