As an architect with a knack for managing large, complex projects, Louis leverages his experience and collaborative skills to unlock potential for clients, their projects, and the people they serve. In practice, he bridges the gap between visionary design and thoughtful execution, designing and delivering mixed-use, residential, life science, hospitality, and retail projects for forward-thinking clients and communities.
Louis considers two mixed-use community redevelopments in the greater Boston area to be among his most memorable projects. One Charlestown reimagines an existing public housing development as an inclusive mixed-income community for several thousand residents. Meanwhile, the Northland Newton Development holds the distinction of being one of the largest Passive House residential communities in the United States.
When he isn’t busy designing buildings, you can often find Louis trawling for junk and vintage treasures throughout the Northeast and trying his best to catch the latest live music show.
