Drew is an electrical project technical leade with more than 10 years of experience in the building services industry. He has worked on several health-related projects, understanding the importance of electrical infrastructure to each facility when planning and designing.
As he continues to develop, Drew desires to one day become a diverse building services engineer and consultant. He is most known for his work with electrical reticulation and distribution and the associated challenges—getting to the heart of a building’s power and lighting. A notable project of Drew’s was STARS Herston Quarter—Brisbane’s latest public hospital—where he was involved in design through to commissioning and hand over. Drew has completed the two-year IES lighting design course, receiving awards of academic excellence for his performance over both years.
Outside of work, Drew is employed by the Australian Football League (AFL) as an umpire, meaning he runs approximately 15 to 17 kilometres per game.
