With degrees in business, environmental, and civil engineering, he provides forward-thinking solutions so clients can meet today’s needs and plan for the future.
His innovations include a flow-estimating model using geographic information system (GIS) to measure capacity for over 6,500 miles of sewers. He also created tools and templates for developing a business case for sanitation capital improvement projects that involve overseeing triple bottom line (social, financial, and environmental) prioritization and scoring criteria.
