Michael’s led large consultant teams in the preparation of major planning applications. His decade-long involvement in the Longcross Garden Village project in Surrey has seen him secure its allocation and removal from the green belt in the adopted local plan before going on to lead the preparation of an outline application for 1,700 homes, a primary school, and local center.
Outside of work, Michael is an avid stand-up paddleboarder. He enjoyed a memorable trip to Sardinia where he spent two nights sleeping on the beach. When he's not out on the water, he enjoys coaching his son's rugby team, going for runs, and indulging his passion for cooking as a keen home chef.
